The Terrace Story

A Regency landmark, brought back to life.

Our home at 2 Victoria Terrace has been thoughtfully restored into one of Leamington’s most distinctive settings — an award-winning interior of coastal-inspired décor in soft pastel tones, soaring Victorian ceilings, and signature hand-painted walls that flow throughout the space.

Step out onto the colonnade terrace, where the River Leam passes right by your table. Inside, our kitchen serves modern fusion dishes from noon until late, seven days a week. As the evening unfolds, The Truth — our speakeasy cocktail bar and nightclub — keeps the celebration going long after dinner has finished.

At The Terrace, we take pride in offering a carefully selected range of fine teas, ethically sourced from the multi-award-winning Jenier World of Teas. Each cup brings a distinctive balance of flavour and aroma, perfectly suited to accompany our Afternoon Tea. Everything on the stand is prepared fresh each day, with breads baked in-house and finger sandwiches made using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.
